Dr. Terry L. Humphrey, DVM
Dr. Humphrey received her DVM from Colorado State University in 1981. She has practiced small animal medicine in the Denver metro area since her graduation. Dr. Humphrey and Dr. Mohapp purchased Mandalay Animal Hospital from the previous owners in 1991. The original practice was founded in Westminster in 1956. The practice moved to its current location in 1998.
Dr. Humphrey enjoys working up small animal internal medicine cases and pain management for her patients. Veterinary Medicine has continued to be a source for opportunities, challenges, mental stimulation and enjoyment during Dr. Humphrey’s many years of practice. Her interactions and appreciation for coworkers, clients and patients has been a great source of energy and joy throughout the years. Dr. Humphrey strives to keep a ‘small town’ feel and personal interaction with each of her clients and patients while practicing high quality veterinary medicine.
Dr. Thomas Mohapp, DVM
Dr Mohapp was raised on a small farm in Northern Illinois where he developed a strong interest in and love of animals. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and attended University of Illinois graduating in 1986 with his DVM degree. He moved to Colorado that same year and has been co-owner of Mandalay Animal Hospital since 1991. His varied interests include camping, hiking, motorcycling, beekeeping, home remodeling and woodworking.
Dr. Suzie Wilson, DVM
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Wilson graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. Prior to that she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California Santa Cruz in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology. After graduation, Dr. Wilson worked at a walk-in small animal hospital in Michigan. There she worked with eight other doctors and treated a wide variety of cases including preventative medicine, emergency care, internal medicine and routine surgeries. In 2005, Dr. Wilson began working at Mandalay Animal Hospital.
